Hey there! I’m Dee.

Thanks for dropping by. Welcome, come on in.

Why I created this blog? Short answer: because we all have something to communicate and I will not let my voice die or be silenced.

I will be brave, my voice will not die within me unexpressed and unheard.

This is therefore a brave and intentional space for creative self-expression inspired by my relationship with God.

I am motivated to write from observing what I believe God created-by-design like nature, family, love, and relationship. I also like interior design and in every space I curate I try to incorporate elements of God’s art found in nature. The title, “createdbyDEEsign”, signifies the co-creation of the works here by my DaddyGod and me.

THE BLOG CONTAINS a collection of poems about love, life relationships and nature; a midweek motivational boost in poetry or prose; and a weekly inspirational reflection series, “Shabbat Shalom”, which covers various aspects of being in relationship with God.

My work has been published in anthologies, magazines and newspapers then I later wrote my first book: “Moments: A Poetic Heart Journey”. And I continue to write. You may click here👈 for more about the blog.

    It’s a pleasure to connect with you and find out there is so much, integrity and passion behind your writings here. I live just North of Sydney, Australia and have an interest in the wellbeing and rights of our Aboriginal people. My aunt, Dr Anna Haebich, wrote the history of the stolen generation. I was doing church online tonight and hearing about a family CMS Missionary serving the community in Gubalanya Northern Territory. The Bible has recently been translated into the local Kunwinjku language, which is making such a difference to the community. Being able to read, especially the Bible, in our own language is something we take for granted and the acknowledgment of this community’s existence and language is so important and really touches my heart.

  6. YES! Congrats on your blog and on your dedication to writing your love within it. I’m in my 8th year of blogging (!!) and have enjoyed the journey in every post. I posted once a week for years, but now I’m going to switch to once every other week – it’s quite a dedication of time and effort. WRITE ON!
