Flower of the Day Challenge #78: Pompous Peony

She’s pretty enough to be pompous. Don’t you agree?!

Last year, I planted these two beautiful peonies, but they didn’t bloom. This year, I’ve eagerly watched them transform through each stage, capturing the evolution of these stunning flowers. Enjoy the journey with me as these must-see blooms come to life!

    1. Seems the “accidental gardener” is coming into her gardening prowess this year queen Kym. I did the raking the tilling the fertilizing and now watching to see what will come of it all. The hydrangeas are next. They didn’t bloom at all last year and that’s what set me out on this redemption path. And this very wet spring into summer has been an added blessing. So next test case —hydrangeas 💐. Glad you’re enjoying. That makes my heart smile.

      1. Oh my, my sistah Queen of Floral Fantasia is on her fierce redemption tour! 👩🏽‍🌾 You go on with yo’ bad self. I can’t say I am not jealous of your green thumb though! But I’m lovin’ your vibe! 🌺🌻💐🌹🌷
