Mother’s Love ©Dawn Minott |a Dectina Refrain

Beforeword: The Dectina Refrain form is used to describe my mom’s love. My mother’s love is heroic in the way she fights for and defends her children.

My

Mom’s love—

Heroic

Fearless and kind

From her heart she gives

Unconditionally

Defender, supporter, friend

I know on her I can depend

If God gave me choice I would still choose

My mom’s love—heroic, fearless and kind

Afterword:  This poem contributes to W3 Prompt #210 hosted by the Skeptic’s Kaddish where this week I’m the Poet of the Week!
