Old Man Alaqueshus Slay© (a Clerihew poem)

Mean old man Alaqueshus Slay
Climbed up the castle on a stormy day

He refused to pay what he owed the wizard
Who changed him into a oversized-winged lizard

This is my contribution to Sadje’s “What do you see” challenge based on this image.
I chose the Clerihew poetic form to bring a bit of comedy and rhyme to lighten up this menacing picture.
Thanks for hosting Sadje.
