Some days are hard.
You don’t want to get out of bed; and when you do, you wish the day was already over.
Lean into the cause of dismay, the hurt or pain. Honor the emotional place where you are. Validate your feelings and know: it’s okay to not be okay.
Personally, when I’ve looked retrospectively at my hardest times, I realized they were just before some of my greatest achievements.
Everything feels difficult when you’re about to LEVEL UP.
So … PERSEVERE!
