Flower of the Day Challenge #71: Precious Poinsettias

… and there I was going about my grocery shopping business, when all along the fruits and veg aisle are poinsettias of all sizes. What’s a girl to do when Christmas is her favorite time of year to decorate?! Well she grabs a couple of these little beauties to start warming up to full-on Christmas decorating.

  3. Beautiful blooms ❤️ I love poinsettias but could never keep them alive for more than a few months after the holidays. But here in Portugal, my 7-year-old neighbor gave me a poinsettia last Christmas and it is still here, growing and full, though it’s now all green.

    1. I love how your life is re-blooming in every way in the new “garden” you’ve re-planted yourself in. Your poinsettia should be taking color soon. I’ve not been able to keep one past Jan either 🙃
